I would tell her there is no way that is possible....I would tell her quality is important to you and rushing is not going to give that.

That every other fauxtographer said that they could all do that and it was fine because they don't know what they're doing.

So, you're supposed to take and edit 20 different shots in 15 minutes, non-stop for like 4.5 hours?? AND burn a disk or something? WTF? Impossible.

It is pretty bad when I am amateur like big time and even I can see that is a bad idea.

I'd back out. Those demands are ridiculous and impossible. The only way it would work is for you to have an assistant who could do a very basic, very fast color correct and dump the files on a disk and pass them off while you shoot the next family. Even then; that would be hectic. It takes a large team to do things that fast and do them efficiently and your photos have to pretty much be perfect SOOC.

I'm going to bring a stack of model releases anyways because smurf all if something happens. I'll just have to fill them out real fast.
