The same thing happened to me with my D700 when it arrived. I had to go out quickly and get a CF card before I could even try it!

Yeah. I'm charging the battery and we'll be going to get Tyler a new car seat soon so I'll get one then.

  That's the one thing I don't have to worry about. I think I intimidated the last newb mother I shot.   I came in all bubbly and saying "HI!" She was kind of shy.

Bahaha   Well thats good, usually I have to force that personality. I do great talking to people online, then I get in person and its just ehhh. Thats just with adults though, Im totally fine with kids and babies, haha.

Oh my goodness. I ADORE babies. haha. The newb mom was just like,"You can tell you're a mom. You were awesome with him!" I kept baby talking him hahahha
