As a whole - I don't think they're terrible. I like the fact you have some variety in your compositions. I think one of the main thing I see is focus issues. Not sure what kind of aperture you are normally shooting at.

#1 - The focus is completely on the headband, so I think it would be a lot better if the focus was on her little eyes/somewhere on the face.
#2 - Very cute little smile here. I feel like the backdrop is what's in focus here. And your composition is very tight. I am not sure what you're shooting with, your EXIF has been stripped.
#3 - What kind of lighting was used here? Just natural light? Flash? The comspotiion FEELS slightly awkward to me with the crop on her legs, although technically I would say it's passable since it's not right at her ankles or anything.
#4 - I like the idea here again with little brother out of focus, although the focus is on the truck and not the baby. He also looks uncomfortable since some of his face is just resting on the truck with nothing under it, and I hope someone is holding onto him outside of the frame.
#5 - I like this shot, I don't mind the outer eye being slightly out of focus. I would just like to see it warmed up and a little fill added specifically to the left side of the face. But I like the look and the composition works overall, for me.
#6 - I like this composition/point of view quite a bit. It SEEMS like maybe the focus just fell past her face to the edge of her hair, but it's hard to tell at this size, honestly, it seems like maybe the yes have been digitally sharpened? The color/processing feels maybe a bit gray for my tastes.
#7 - Good composition again here. I'd like to see a little more brightness in her face. Looks like it was probably overcast outside?
#8 - It's a cute capture. The crop is a bit tight again and I think it could use a little warmth, the colors feel a little funny to me, just a hair. The eyes are also a little dark (overcast again?).
#9 - Really like this composition. Very cute.
#10 - Not a fan of this kind of crop (square) but it's a cute shot. I think it needs some warmth though.

Hope that helps.

CC please. I know the lighting/color isn't that great. We were inside, it was nighttime, and all I had was 2 overhead lights (like the ones on the ceiling fans) which weren't very bright. And I feel like it's a little soft but it's the only way I could keep it from being too noisey b/c my camera gets bad noise over 800

I'm not calibrated so don't take my CC too seriously, it's just a little yellow and/or magenta on my end. & Soft. Do you have LR? She's so cute though!

My monitor is not calibrated either so the yellow/magenta is harder for me to tell too. I always make my stuff too cool so I was trying to not do that this time lol but I may have needed to cool it off more.

I have lightroom 4 and CS6

And thank you   she's a friends baby

ETA: Also she's asian and I have a hard time with her skin color getting the WB right.

Try clicking the yellow & magenta slider adjustments & pull those colors down a little in LR? I'm not sure, lol. It does seem really warm on my end though. I just feel bad giving CC with not being calibrated though because I'm afraid I'm seeing it "wrong"

Thanks   and it's ok anything is good
It doesn't look super warm like yellow to me but it looks a little magenta now that I look at it again.

Hopefully I'll be able to get a calibrator soon! I want to upgrade my camera first though lol

It's really dark. I would bump up the exposure. She also looks very soft, did you use any airbrush on her? It looks a little unnatural.

She is adorable.

I use some noise reduction. This photo in particular was a little out of focus anyways. Not really bad but it wasn't very sharp. There was a lot of noise in it as well so I was trying to fix it. This was pulled off of FB but her face is very soft I know :/ reducing the noise made it super soft. This isn't the best image lol but I was just trying to see what others thought I could do to fix some of it.
This is probably the worst one I took of her actually. I'm more concerned with getting the right color b/c I really tend to cool them too much but I also don't want it too warm and I think this one is.

It does look a little too warm, the background looks yellow/orangish.
