I'm totally guilty of this too. Most of my mom shots has something cut off because with a 50 mm lens on a crop sensor camera & a small living room, it's hard not to.. lol.

I don't feel like going back and finding the post, but I saw them and I think they are good. I think in one or two his eyes looked out of focus and some crops were a little wierd but I think they still came out great!

This, times 1000. This thread has kept me busy since my mom died & taught me a lot in just a month of being around. I really appreciate every single one of you taking the time to help me in more ways than you realize.

yea, i use the natural light from our huge bay window

but our living room really isn't THAT big when using a 50mm.

Its good sized, but to utilize the light best I have to be closer to it than up against that back wall. So I end up with really close croppings :/

its not that pretty any more, i just couldn't find the recent picture lol. the couch is moved, and there's smurf everywhere   The joys of having two crazy toddlers!

But the window is one of MY main reasons for wanting this house!

I know I've asked this before but figured I'd give it another go in case more people are online. I'm looking for a simple contract and model release I've been searching online and have found tons but they all seem very overwhelming and cover way more than what I'm looking for! Anyone know a good site for a template or a simpler version??
