I would say so. I have a tripod but I'm not sure how much it was since my husband got it for me for Christmas last year.

Where would you guys recommend selling my lens at? I'm going to sell both the kit lens & my 50 mm 1.8 & get the 50 mm 1.4

ETA;Both the lenses are practically new. I just got them in December & have treated the 50 mm like my baby but the kit lens has just stayed in the box.. lol.

Honestly, they both have very low resale value. Well, at least the Canon ones do, can't remember what you shoot.

Nikon. I figured they would but I didn't know if I would get a decent amount back to put towards the newer lens so SO doesn't bitch me out too bad.. haha. Maybe I'll just keep them though & have them for back-up.

They're Nikon   It's the G since I have the D5100 so it will autofocus with the lower end bodies.

I just wish someone on CL would buy my flash >_>

I've always gotten almost new price by selling on E-Bay or over Amazon.

I have the 3100.   I think it may work though. What are you asking for it?

I'm pretty sure that the G will be what you need for the D3100

I'm not sure yet. I'm not even sure if SO will let me since he JUST bought it..haha. He gets so annoyed with me. But I will ask him when he wakes up (he works night shift) & get back to you

Ok. Just lemme know. It's 215 new at Best Buy. It may be worth it to just keep it, but if the price is right, I may jump on it!
