Maternity leave question..

Ok, so I am going to talk to my boss on monday to get my paperwork and everything for my maternity leave, but I have a question about my disability.

I live in one state (New Jersey) and work in another (Pennsylvania). Do I file for disability in NJ or PA? =[ any help would be appreciated =]

It should be through your job not the state.

Does your work have short term disability? Does your state give disability pay for maternity leave????? I know WA doesn't, wouldn't that be great. I would say check them both out

I think you should do it in the state you work in. If they state is paying you then that is the state that is getting the money from your check.
