My friend and I have been LAGGING losing the weight we need to lose! So last night we started a plan to make it a friendly, healthy, weight loss competition. Hoping to start by September first and end the "competition" part new years! Loser has to pay for a spa day for the both of us. Any healthy meal ideas? Could it be done by eating what I usually eat just actually limiting the proportions? DD1 is in preschool 3 hours a day, so I've started walking in the morning with DD2 around a park next to her school for an hour at least after I drop her off. I feel more motivated now! lol
That's a good idea! Smaller portions will work. For me I changed my diet around a bit & focused more on fruits, veggies, and whole grains and eliminated most meats. I will eat chicken maybe once a week but mainly stick to fish. I avoid any white starchy food, too. Good luck, hope you get your spa day for free!
