I'm gad she's okay with it. You were right, it has to be up to her in every way. My best friend got pregnant at 14 and she would only keep the baby if i would help her raise it. She didn't want to keep it, the father was a drug addicted 18 years old idiot but because other people kept influencing her, she was going back and forth. I finally told her that this abortion was needed. She set up her appt the next day. And till this day when we talk about it, she does not regret it. She's happily married now raising her daughter.

Its not an easy choice to make nor is it an easy procedure to go through. I'm sorry your experience in making that choice was tainted. But I'm gad your friend is at peace now.

I know this is your friend but she made the choice to have sex and made the appointment to walk in to get an abortion, you should not feel responsible for someone else's choice. She put you in a bad position IMO but I think you handled it better than me. I was put in the same position and lost a friend because of my intolerance and insensitivity. You didn't push an opinion on her, you reworded her choices. She ultimately made that decision.

Yeah I know everything she did should be something she has to live with. I would feel like smurf if I told her oh I think this would be good for you and then she regretted it. And that day she wound up calling me hysterical and it actually made me upset thinking like wow did I give the wrong advice. But at least she is happy about her decision now. Because I always felt like maybe we stopped being friends because of that whole situation. It just is weird we were so super close, and now we just know of each other. And it also sounds like she was trying to get someone else to make the choice for her so she didn't have to take responsibility. I wouldn't worry about why the friendship ended because it doesn't sound like you lost much.

Yeah it is. I wouldn't speak about things if it ended in an abortion personally. And I know I expected to get milk soon because of her having it at like 4 months. But I read it comes around labor or something.

im 28 weeks and just started lactating, same with my son but i guess everyone is different.

Oh I am 26 weeks, I guess I will see when it comes. My SO brothers girlfriend says she use to leak all the time all threw her shirts and crap.
