When did you start getting things ready?

How far along were you when you started preparing for the baby? I mean things like washing the clothes and blankets, buying newborn diapers, etc. Just making sure that everything was "ready"...

I'm 33 weeks today and will be induced sometime in the next 4-6 weeks.... is it too early to do that stuff?

As far as buying diapers and stuff around 12 weeks.

Washing clothes and everything around 32 weeks.

36 weeks and I wish I had done things a little sooner since I was induced at 37

Nope. I started washing and organizing at 32 weeks. Packed both of our hospital bags at 33 weeks. Bought diapers and wipes at 27 weeks.

I'm being induced tomorrow night and I just finished washing and putting the bedding on her crib.  

Better to start early and be prepared! It's been nice having pretty much everything done and enjoying these last few weeks without worrying about what I do/don't have.

I had everything done and dusted by 20 weeks and my hospital bag was packed by 30 weeks.l  

I was 37 weeks because I was convinced I wasn't going to have a baby. Lmao.

Sigh... I just feel like it's too early. I can't bring myself to do any of it  

I started everything around 25 weeks. That way I could do things slowly as I felt. I didn't want to wait till the end and be to uncomfortable to do anything. Plus you never know if anything will happen or if baby will come early.

I would say anytime after 30 wks....I think I washed all Noahs baby clothes at around 35 wks (I didnt want to wash them at the laundry mat so I waited until we visited my inlaws and used their washing machine). Prob by 35 wks you should have you hosp bag either packed or list made....I know mine was packed with a list on top of last min things to add to it!

not until i was off on maternity, so like a week before my dd with mikaila and logan, lyla about a week or so before also.

Giving your history thats understandable.   I always started getting things ready at 34 or 35 weeks. I have been buying diapers since I found out I was pregnant. I am pretty much set on them. But don't do it until you are ready. I am sure its hard especially being that the dreaded 33 weeks

I cant even begin to imagine how you must be feeling right now. Maybe it would be easier if you had someone come do it for you?

probably but I would feel bad lol. I will get it done...probably at the last possible second haha
