is it safe for a 8 month old to eat a few pieces of eggs

eggs are not recommended until after the first year unless ok'd by your pedi

Should be, but if you can, avoid giving her the whites. Just scramble up some yolk for her. The whites are what carry the allergy risk to them.
But yeah, both of my kids were having eggs by that age.

Mine did and she was fine. They were scrambled, well cooked. She didn't have a problem with it.

Egg yolk only mama that was my DDs fave hard boiled mixed with squash haha. Weird I know! But I just hard boiled the eggs and made extra and made egg salad with the extra eggs and the whites but you can scramble them too. I would mix in a little formula or bm to make them fluffier.

eh they say to wait till a year. we didn't wait. we felt ok about it because there are no allergies on either side. we did wait till a year for shell fish and honey.
