37 weeks and having bad period like cramps

I went to da Dr. On wed and they checked to see if I'm dialating I was one centimeter and baby was very low now today I've been getting bad period like cramps but my stomach is not hard like a contraction but a lot of pressure at da same tie I've had 3 kids already but was induced with all of them so I really dnt knw what to excpect like its my first baby could dis be real labor or not ????I really dnt knw any answers????

Sounds like the normal end of pregnancy. If you have contractions 3-5 min apart or your water breaks then go in.
