Dance classes

My daughter will be 3 in October. Do you think she's too young to start dance classes? The classes start in September and go until June. I really want to do this as a birthday present for her but my husband thinks she might be a little too young. It's pretty expensive too so i want to make sure it'll be worth it.

My daughter will be 3 in January and DH thinks she's too young, which she is a little bit younger than your daughter. If you want to put her dance, do it. It's not too expensive here, $40 a month then the $25 registration fee and the cost of costumes.

That's the cost of it here too. $40 per month + $35 registration + tap shoes + ballet shoes + a costume + dance clothes. I added it all together and it'd be about $550. I just don't want to waste the money. I do think she'd love it though.

Oh yeah, I didn't calculate the dance clothing in with it. I guess i'm just going to wait until next year to start her and possibly my youngest, too. So my oldest will be 3.5 and my youngest will be 3 months shy of being three.

I don't think so...my daughter started gymnastics at 18 months so 3 is plenty old
