Constant headaches?

I've been having these headaches literally ALL day everyday for the past few months... Nothing helps, and it such an annoying pain... What could be causing this? I have an appt on the 20th, so ill ask then.. But in the meantime, what did you guys do to ease the pain? And if you went to the doctors for it, what causes them?

hmm.. maybe it's one of those funky pregnancy things, what with the increased blood flow and all.
