I feel like my uterus is going to fall out

I have such bad cramps in my lower abdomen and lower back. After nearly 17 months of no period ,I think I'm finally getting one again.    
Wahhh, it hurts.

I literally just described my cramps to my doctor as feeling that very exact same way yesterday! I know the feeling
