mucous plug

ok i dont really know what exactly what it looks like or if there should be a lot or blood mixed in with it...i'm kinda confused aout the whole thing...sorry if tmi.. but sometimes when i whipe there is just a lil bit of like this jelly looking stuff sometimes a lil stringie looking...no blood or anything...and not a lot of it.. could this be the start of me losing my plug?? my midwife had stripped my membranes on thrusday and nothing is hapening yet..so i wonder if this could be the start of things??

It looks just like snot. Hence-mucous. Youcan loose bits and pieces and sometimes it means nothing.

yes that would be it .... you are losing it which means labor should be near ,,, i started losing my tuesday and it was brownish redish like you are describing and now after 4 days its yellow kinda color but its all normal and i guess part of it ....

I have never lost one, I had one baby at 34 weeks, I was induced, and Averie I had at 35 weeks via c-sec!! So yeah thats gross!
