I wouldn't put up with that.

I would

A.) Not be friends with him on Facebook

B.) Go to court and have specific rules set for him contacting you.

C.) Not engage in any converstation that doesn't have to do with the kids.

Save all those emails and texts. I would get full custody if I where you. He doesn't sound like someone who you want around your children. If he can treat you that badly than he will treat your children that way.

I *think* I have full physical custody of our LO who is two, and he has threatened to "go after" me for visitation rights but it comes down to him knowing he is basically homeless and has no way to take care of LO... and doesn't really want to see her more than an hour or so (although I'm sure that's daily) at a time.

I *need* to go to court to have some type of contact order in place, and I would gladly set up a visitation/custody schedule if he were able to care for her. I just don't even know where to start. When we went to court for C/S, I read over the paperwork and it said that I had full phsyical custody, I just dk what that entails and whether or not he can appeal that or what. Well, I'm sure he can, I just dk. I'm just SICK of it.

We're not. I was blocked (not that I cared, he messaged me like ten times and when I didn't open any of it he blocked me) for a while. We do need to go back, for sure! And yeah, I try not to. He really uses their existence to get me to answer him, then starts talking to me like I'm smurf.
