dad's that dont use there visitation?

My BD and I went to court in June. HE served me claiming i DIDNT let him see my daughter. which, like usual, wasnt true.
anyway, he was given 18 hours a WEEK of visitation. I have a court date in September. The judge ordered it as a 'check up' to see how the visitation was going and to also talk about child support.
Now, my BD has only seen/had her 8.5 hours out of 283 hours ( i did the literal math)
When we go in front of a judge, do you think they change/take away his rights? or do anything about it? or just be like, this is your warning?
i KNOW every place is different but what are your experience. i live in CA FYI

they wont take his rights away.. but they may raise the CS amount and reduce his hours.

Do you have full custody? or went after it?

He still has visitation, but I have custody.

Document it all. Even phone time.

ohh,, trust me. i do.
my lawyer was even shocked.
i have EVERY text saved and the phone bill so he cant say i 'skipped texts'.

He lied about the contact and how he said i wouldnt let him see her, which was bull, so im not gonna let that happen again.
