Soooooooooo my doctor informed me YESTERDAY that I developed anemia during my pregnancy and they've know since FEBRUARY FIRST!!! I should've been taking iron supplements for a month and a half now & haven't because I didn't know I was anemic. I mean...there's iron in my prenatals, but obviously it's not enough since I've been taking the same prenatals all along.

It's crappy because they didn't tell me until I told them I'd like to deliver the placenta without Pitocin if possible (it's common practice at Kaiser to just administer Pitocin right away...not sure about other hospitals). So THEN he goes, "Well Pitocin will help minimize the chance of losing lots of blood and with your anemia...." and I'm like "WHAT? Anemia? No one told me I was anemic." and his response is, "I thought we'd discussed it. I'll send a prescription for iron supplements to the pharmacy."

Had my appointment today to check up on everything. The u/s showed that my amniotic fluid is very low & my placenta is showing signs of aging. So they're inducing me today. I'll be heading to L&D within the next hour.

Crampy today. Lower back and lower abdomen just aching. Just had some bloody show. Pretty much have had NO discharge this whole pregnancy, so I didn't expect that.
Hopefully all of this is over soon. So sick of pregnancy.

I was shaky too, figured I needed to eat but it's not helping.
So over this  

Been here for for 7 hours now. They gave me a Miso pill and checked me 4 hours later. Still no progress, so they up'd the dosage and are gonna check me again at 11pm. Let's hope I'm at least a bit dilated. If I am, they'll use a balloon to help progress things.

10 days overdue.. set an induction date for Monday. Hoping I go into labor before then!

I wish my water would just break again, so I know for sure of it's time to go or not. Ugh. These contractions hurt, they better be real and not prelabor again   

4 1/2 cm and bulging water.
Contractions un-timeable again but hopefully they get closer.
Looks like this baby wants to be punctual like his big sister

lucky my contractions seem to have dissapeared

they feel like they have. I forget about them until I get another. They are like 30 mins apart  
My old drs would have sent me right to L&D after my check today.
But these midwives man.. when they say hands off.. they mean it.
