just sounds very much like sciatica for the fact that it went down one leg. I can't sleep for more than 30 mins at a time in certain positions because it will hurt so bad   mine was just the right side, now both sides do it depending on which side I'm laying on

And the stomach tightening is ok as long as he's moving? Do you know?
These pains suck!!! How long have you been having both side pains?

I've had them since 20 somethin' weeks. Don't remember exact week. Didn't have it with my first pregnancy either! Tightening sounds like braxton hicks. They can be relived by drinking a lot of water and laying on your left side!

That's a while to have them!!
I've had braxton hicks, think didn't really feel like them though I think that's what it was ...
I'll just be glad when its over... I've been pregnant for two years and I'm tired of it

Having my baby boy thursday! Nervous as hell but ready to finally feel somewhat normal! No more high bp and all that crap and no more contractions.

This baby is draining my will to live. I swear he's using up more energy to grow than I can manage to eat in a day, I'm just dragging ass and hardly functioning

yupp, that's how these last few weeks go  
I feel like my arms weigh 10 thousand pounds, just making a sandwich I get exhausted!
