FINALLY did my glucose test. That crap is NASTY. Results came back negative. Whew on that one...BUT my platelets seem to be dropping somewhat significantly. My SIL had this issue with both her pregnancies and had to be induced both times. I'm crossing my fingers hoping it doesn't come down to that...

Yeah. I agree. As tired as I am, I want to make sure he's ready first.

very crampy the last few days, then been having diarrhea today. Drank some Gatorade and been laying on my side for a few hours. They've gotten a lot less painful, so that's good. Hopefully it stays this way.

I had this same issue most of the weekend - I found that kneeling on all fours relieved a LOT of the cramping

Okay, so she's dropped. I had my baby shower on Saturday & everyone kept telling me that she dropped. I didn't really notice until Sunday morning when I was changing and I realized that my view of my belly seemed different. I'm also having A LOT more back pain and having to pee more often.

I'm a little worried because I read that you usually drop 2-4 weeks before the baby comes. I'll be 35 weeks on Wednesday, so I hope she makes it at least to 37 weeks, but I'd like to to make it to about 38 or 39 weeks, ideally.

I DON'T WANT A FEBRUARY BABY!!!!!

Also, Doc said she's locked, loaded, and ready to go. She's not breech and her head is in the pelvic area.

eh.. you can drop at anytime, it doesn't really determine when you go into labor, it's just something the babies do in their own time.
My daughter was not only not engaged, but she was at the highest stage possible when I went into labor, she wasn't descended at all.
But that's good that she is getting in position, less you both have to do in labor!

My appt was great today.
Blood pressure was good, weight gain was good. Baby is head down, but sunny side up. They had me retake the glucose test, for the third time, just the one hour one. I will hear more latest Monday. Glad I'm healthy and baby is staying in there!

We are good. Just working on taking all feeds by mouth. She is getting better. Taking about 40 of her 60mls every time. Hoping it clicks soon and she takes it all.

Appt today was not great. Looks like I will be having bubs tomorrow and I am terrified :-( I am so scared that he will have an extended stay in the NICU and he will have all these problem and its gonna be my fault. My body just doesn't want to do it anymore and it's giving up. Why can't I just have a normal smurfing pregnancy!? I want my baby happy and healthy and with me not hooked up to monitors and wires! I swear I pray I can go longer but the dr doesn't have much hope at all...

If its better baby come out, then don't be scared. Chances for baby are really good right now. They are surprisingly tough little fighters!

Anyone due same day, or day or two away from March 9th?

Had my appt this past monday on the 4th, I'm 35 weeks will be 36 this saturday and my dr checked me and says i'm 1 cm dialated and she can feel the baby's head. I've been having contstant contractions for 2 months now so I feel somewhat relieved that i'm not in pain for nothing and it's actually doing something. Just wondering if anyone else is dialated and 35 weeks as well?
