Favorite recipes?

I want to cook for my boyfriend, but I've been a vegetarian most of my life (until I got pregnant). I know he's sick of chicken...and he's pretty picky. Any kind of beef or pork recipes that you all love to make?

How do you season the pork ribs?

just put your fav spices. i usually put black pepper,garlic salt,salt,cyenne pepper or prprika.

put em in a pan thats 3 inches depth. add some white vinager, and water. heat to 325. and let cook for an hour, then drain the water add bbq sauce and cook another 45 min-1 hour. should come out perfect. i usually do boneless

i don't have an actual recipe but, when I was young my granny would make porkchops. Instead of frying them on the stove top, she'd bake them in a combo of cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup thinned w/a little milk. I don't like porkchops because, my mom was a horrible cook and fried the crap out of them but, my grannies were really moist and the sauce is great on rice.

I think it's just a can of each soup thinned w/milk, poured on top and baked until the chops are done. It shouldn't be too hard.
