Insanity

Has anyone tried this program? SO and I are going to. Just wondered if anyone else had, and what results were accomplished.

Those are great results. I currently look like her 'before' picture after having LO in June.

I have done it before! It is pretty intense lol. I like running better

Before I was pregnant, I lost 65 pounds. This always happens, lose weight get to my goal and get pregnant. lol. This time will be different. No more LO's for me.

Lol! Well I hope all works well for you   ....if you still want more toning and everything after you do insanity or even while still doing it then I HIGHLY recommend Brazil Butt Lift..that is my all time favorite!

Thats how i look too (the before).
I hate the stupid valley thing!! and SO is starting to get a flat stomach...JEALOUS!!
