I was watching one episode where she was like the baby is coming and the nurse lifted up the blanket and the baby was already out.  
All the nurse had to say was you weren't joking when you said the baby was coming...

That's how I dealt with them! The midwife kept joking that I was going to wear a hole into the wall because every time I tried to sit I just ended up leaning against that wall again
