i was so drugged up, i think i was 36 weeks lol.
i had a diffucult pregnancy before and after so basically i stayed in the hospital the whole month of march and some of feb...and they switched my due date closer to april 24th..but he still came early

My babies were born at 28 and 30 weeks and came home once they reached 34 weeks. Chances are your baby will be home soon. It all depends on what he feels like doing though!

Congratulations!!! My friend had her baby at almost 34 weeks at 4lbs and 9oz. She stayed in the NICU for about 2-3 weeks only because her lungs were still not respirating on their own and she had weak reflexes. Before she came home, both parents had to learn CPR. When she came home, she was attached to a heart monitor (which had no use because the baby was fine).. but she did end up having acid reflux for a while.

it was sorta like "you have preclampsia (sp?) so were taking him early"

yeah there was no time for thm to induce me
my cervix was so closed and my bp was so high
i also had low pottasium so it was pretty set in stone i was having a c-section
sucks because i was so set on vaginal delivery

hey i was just looking in ur profile and i saw this thread u made..my daughter was a 28 week baby and she was in for a month and 3 weeks....but my sister had her baby at 33 weeks and he was only in there for 3 weeks....congrats by the way

Well My baby spent 6 weeks in the hospital, but I was 28 weeks when i had her. She weighed 2lbs 10.7ounces. But i had just turned 28 weeks so yeah. But i think your baby should be going home soon. I mean since everything is pointing to wednesday then you should have him home soon.

My little guy who isn't so little anymore at the age of 4 was 3lbs 12oz and was born at 31 weeks. He was there for 6 weeks, but it sounds like your little one is a big and strong baby! Don't worry, sounds like your homecoming will be very soon. Congratulations!

That does suck, but at least he is healthy. Wednesday will come quickly!

WOW! Only6 weeks for being born at 28 weeks, that is good. My friend had her son at 28 weeks and he was in the hospital for almost 2 1/2 months.
