My Little Snugabunny swing not swinging

It stopped working earlier...the music and birds still move but it wont swing. Have you had this problem? Was it an easy fix?

HAd that problem with my precious planets one. Call Fisher price, they will do some over the phone trouble shooting if it doesnt help they will send you a new motor  

Try manually swinging it and see if it keeps going when you let go. If it stops then it probably went of the track thing. Idk happened to my aunts swing and her SO hadto take it apart to fix it lol

It plugs in so batteries don't matter

It is electrical, I plug it into the wall. I've tried swinging it first and it sways a teeny tiny bit like less than it would if you had it on the 1 setting and I have it on 3. We've only been using it for 10 weeks or so and it was bought brand new.

I'll call them tomorrow...hes asleep in it now and I dont wanna wake him. Thanks for the suggestions.

most likely the motor it doesnt even show this swing being out yet lol

We had that swing for our last, no problems at all. BUT, we did have that problem with our Butterfly Garden Papasan swing [same thing, different print] and it was the motor. Call FP...they will send you a new hood or they will offer you a refund, but you might have to ship them the seat [stupid, but that's what they made me do]!

We got the extended warranty on our swing that we just bought because I read so many complaints about the swings dying. Fisher Price had the most complaints. I figured the $25 for a warranty that lasted a year and half was worth it.

the one i have was recalled lmao i have a mamaroo so im covered but i think i may use the refund to get a tummy time mat. Or another swing not sure yet. The were recalled because the babys were sliding to the side and getting there heads in between the metal bars wile it was still swinging

  That is terrible! Which swing was it that got recalled?
