Photo edit help

I have one more person to complete this picture, but the more photographs of the framed picture I take, the worse the pictures look. The only program I have that could copy and paste the originals into the frame (like take the original picture of the little girl and paste it into the smallest frame) is paint, but because it is angled strange, I can't do it. Are there any websites that I could do this in or would anyone with a good photo editing program be willing to help a sista out?  

I can do it with Gimp, send me (pm or post them here) the pictures that go in each frame, etc.

Hey hope you are still willing to help me. The person in the last photo got her hair cut too short and was waiting for it to grow out! LOL We just took the pic without the other pictures in there.

I actually was fiddling around, and I think I want to do it in black and white. I changed the photos a little too. Here they all are, in the order biggest to smallest:
