New here. So happy to find a place I could vent out my ttc frustrations. Me and DH got pregnant in July 2012. Lost baby at 10 weeks, August 31st. Took September off, ttc in october. Got BFP in December, to only lose it due to chemical pregnancy.

I am pretty sure i am Oing tonight, me and DH BDed on the 19th and 17th. If he comes home from work, maybe BDing tonight. Fingers crossed! My OPKs and cheap preg sticks won't arrive for a couple days yet.

AF came on time. Wah. Oh well. And so another month begins....

Anyways get a bbt thermometer, in the pharmacy @ Walmart,etc. Set it by your bed or I put it in my pillowcase. Then wake up at the same time every morning and temp. DO NOT go pee or get out of bed. Just pop it in your mouth first thing. You should do it after a stretch of at least 3 hours of sleep. Then enter data into FF and it'll do the rest. At O temp drops significantly then to show O happened your temp will rise back up higher than before O and stay up for the second half of your cycle.

Im still charting even tho we arent ttc. my temp went up high this morning looks like i O'd i dono this cycle seems to be very odd.
look can you O like around 7days before AF is due? AF could be due as early this sunday if im 23d cycle and as late as next saturda that would be 29d cycle

yes you can O whenever your body wants to. If you are ovulating 7 days before you start your period though, you have a luteal phase problem. Sorry if you know all this but your luteal phase is the time from ovulation to your period. If its less than 10 days... you need progesterone. Your luteal phase has to be at least 10 days (on average it is 14 days) to successfuly allow a fertilized egg to implant in your lining. I have a luteal phase of 13 days. It is possible that if you are O-ing now and AF is due in 7 days, your AF might be freakishly late just because you O-ed late.

I understand. Ya never know, you might just have a short luteal phase this month and the rest are fine. Sometims that can happen to. Its happened to me. I took vitex. It helped regulate my body. A lot of women take it to TTC like I did but you can also take it just if you have wonky cycles. Its good for any woman. Its a natural supplement and will not hurt your body unless you don't follow the dose suggestikon on the bottle and even then, I doubt it would really hurt you. I bought my bottle for 5 bucks at a health food store. Vitacost.com has it as well for a reasonable price. Beats going to the doc and paying a crapload of money!

okay i think i might get that. i mean we arent ttc but stil im charting so when things are better & when/if we ttc ill know when i O.

My opks came so I decided to use one. Bright positive, which makes sense. Will probably O tmw. Hoping to bd with DH soon. Our schedules are so conflicting tho.
