thats understandable that you wouldnt want to act like that since its been that way for so long. but it is still nice when people change and come around...although things will never be right or like they should be it will be better than what it was.

Wow, everyone is getting their BFPs this month! It's crazy! I'm hoping and praying that this is it for me! I can't bear another loss...

What are the best and most effective (at home) tips that have worked for

Welcome and good luck! Maybe you'll get your BFP during your practice time! Haha  

Make sure you take at least 800mcg folic acid daily. Usually doubling your prenatal is good, because most prenatals only have 400mcg. Also look into taking Mucinex during your fertile time. Temp and ue OPKs. Other than that.... relax and eat healthy!!

Honestly, I'm over it all. She no longer lives in the state and I haven't seen her in about 2 years now... so I just go on with my life.   what's done is done, and I can't control that. What I can control is how I treat my kids and know that she has taught me how I DON'T want to be...

My son came 37 + 5 :p I'm sure this one wont go over due or anything like that.

What exactly is that supposed to do?

It helps your cervix to produce a good quality mucous. The one month I tried it I DEF noticed a big improvement, and then I had a few days of nice EWCM.

Yeah! Take 600mg in the morning and 600mg in the evening during your whole fertile period until you know you have Ov. Make sure you drink a TON of water too.
