What does BD mean?

Also, I am 3 dpo & had some red tinted discharge yesterday and today?!?! What the heck????

Did you have sex recently? I didnt really get any CM this time around. I usually wait for that as a sign. Glad I had those OPKs or I wouldve missed my surge. BD means baby dance, a fancy term for...get your sex on. Haha

I had sex mon & tues. then nothing Wed.
my CM is always spot on lol! I also check cervical position   I tried OPKs when trying to conceive DD, & I was super confused by it

They can definitely be confusing, it depends on each person. Some people the line gets darker as their cycle goes along, for some it's only positive on the day they O, and for some they have to catch their surge to get a positive. So I gave up on that so that I don't get confused and frustrated.

Good to know it varies!!! Mine would get darker & darker as I went. drove me crazy!!! Cervical position has really helped me   I've been using that to determine O & TNTC since I had LO. Plus listening to my body helps, I get much more sexual around O time & my sex drive DIES after lol go figure. I'm glad to be TTC so that I finally get to have sex when I WANT TO!!! hahaha

I used to track it all.
But knowing my body now I just guess LOL
Plus I'm trying not to obsess.

The red discharge? Could be a couple things. Did you recently have sex? Your cervix could be irritated. Or ovulation was delayed and you saw spotting later. Last it could just be random mid cycle bleeding. I think that happens with the progesterone changing.

Ah, yes breastfeeding will make TTC a bit harder.
Does LO nurse at night still?
That spotting could be due to BF'ing as well. You can not be ovulating and so you'll have random spotting issues.

She does still nurse at night but she is almost 14 months & cycle has been dead on regular since 8 months PP   I wouldn't even call it spotting. It was just red tinted CM when I wiped...
