Need Advice About IUD!.

So this is the deal. I got the Mirena fitted in Mid April. Ever since then I have had normal periods every month that have lasted 12 days (spotting and bleeding) well on this Month I haven't had any spotting at all (about 3 days late) and can't find my strings. I have been having tons of symptoms, including horrible nausea, heartburn, leakage from the nipples, diarrhea for the past three days and now constipation. I'm trying to convince myself that it is all attributed to the Mirena. However, something in my gut tells me to fear a pregnancy. If I am pregnant I would be somewhere around 4 1/2 weeks. I took a qualitative blood test that showed a negative and had (what I thought) was a light positive on the urine but I'm still worried!

So. Do you think there is a chance I might be pregnant or could this be all the Mirena?

its a 50/50 chance at being one or the other i would test again if positive you need to get your iud out asap

I'm so frickin scared! Almost want to be in denial, though the idea of having another baby is fine, i think I'm scared of the risks. I haven't EVER felt so lethargic and sick in my life!!! The Dr. Said it might be too early for the blood test to detect the HCG so she hasn't given me any type of medication for the diarrhea back then and now the constipation. I hate being in limbo.
