Worry alll the freaking time about their baby and their pregnancy? I feel like I'm completely irrational. About a week after I found out I was pregnant I read all these articles about ectopic pregnancy and I was convinced that was what was wrong with me (I had a lot of cramping, and cyst pains). And now I'm really worried that I'm going to find out at my next doctor's appointment that I have a molar pregnancy or somethng like that. Is it natural to worry like this when you're pregnant or am I being totally crazy?

yes... i was freaking out and very paranoid when i found out i was prego for the second time... only because of the fact the first time i got prego i lost it and my dr's didnt even notice or catch it untill i had my ultrasound at 10 weeks... they said that the baby only lived to be 6 weeks.. so yeah when i found out this second time i was freaking out... once you have more dr's apts for the baby the more reassured you'll be..

I did at first then my cousins wife gave me the BEST piece of advice. She told me to stop reading pregnancy books like "What to expect when you are expecting". If you are the type to freak out (hormones will help that along) it will only be worse for you. I am high risk with twin girls and honestly, I only read the brief updates on how the baby is changing from baby gaga.

It's totally normal. I know i do. I am always worried . I wonder am i eating all the right foods, am i drinking enough, is the baby okay. I think we just want to make sure we are doing everything right so that we will have healthy babies.

I did,I also have this big thing about SIDs,just because I've come this far and I'd hate myself if anything did happen to my baby.

I know exactly what you mean. And i read all the time where some poor lady lost her baby at like 30 weeks and I would just die! I can't imagine going all that time pregnant and then losing my baby.

My sisters boyfriends sister was 40 weeks, gave birth to her daughter and her daughter was dead, she drunk and smoked pot right thru her pregnancy I dunno if thats why or not,but once I heard that I was scared even more,my sister is pregnant with a girl and her boyfriend was telling her it only happens to girls.

That is a horrible story to tell a pregnant woman!!!I hope she told you that story after you had that pretty little girl!!
No wonder us prego ladies freak out all the time. When someone tries to tell me a horror story I just ignore them and go about my biz. The advice from my cousins wife has got me thru a high risk pregnancy with my only fear being the pain and my Dr forcing me to a C-sec.

I worry sometimes... But, you just have to think positive. You're going to have a beautiful, healthy baby. That's what I keep telling myself. :]
