speech

So i just had to share i got a call my son will start on aug 18th at 8 am for speech therapy !!!!!!!!!!!! We have been waiting for 6 months to get in so thats why im so happy.....


We will go to the clinic for all children's hospital.

Cool. How old is he? I'm trying to get my son in too but I'm still waiting for a second evaluation.

i remember my younger brother had to do speech therapy. it was pretty cool and he had alot of fun doing it. i watched a few of his sessions

My son is 2.5 but we did the eval at 26 months and then u have to go on the waiting list....But i had to have speech and audiology evals, to get into speech therapy

he seems a bit better but oreo is oatmeal and cretin letters he is having problems saying.

i brother's biggest thing is he would substitute an "f" for an "s"

sock="fock" for instance.

he still has a little bit of trouble stuttering if he tries to get ahead of himself and really excited. not horrible stuttering, though, just like he can't get it all out of his mouth fast enough. he's 22 now.
