Why Evelyn? It sound so....old! If not for any reason. why don't you just make the 'nick name' the full name? I've heard of a few Evie's before

Evelyn is actually quite a popular name now, and it doesn't sound "old" at all!!

I like Evelyn Alise. Two E's is just too much.

Hmmm I'm not a fan of any of them! The first name starts with an E so the middle name shouldn't, in my opinion.

I like Elizabeth to go with Evelyn. Evelyn is a pretty vintage name, and in staying with that, Elizabeth is also!

The reason for the two Es is that I am a KKW, Dh is DDW, my son is EEW... I didn't purposely find an E name again, I just liked it. I didn't realize I would have to justify my name for a poll. Don't help if you don't want to. Its ok with me.

I didn't have a problem with your suggestion of Alise. I like the name.

I have a problem with GinaKate and Jessica saying they don't like any of them and that its an old name. I don't think I asked if they liked Evelyn... and for that matter all I wanted was help.. not criticism. I haven't had a problem with this site yet, I would hate for this to turn me away.

Dh's ex ... I do think its sounds the best, but I don't want to use it.. and I know better then to ask him.

Can you not read? I said IN MY OPINION. I really couldn't care less if you do the two E's, but I'm speaking from personal experience with a friend of mine who just did two A's and people always confuse the names or stumble over them.
