my son is 3 now, but i had him with babynet around 1, his IE handled all that for me...i would suggest doing that

3, I was told by his psychiatrist, and for speech /occupational therapy. so he may just need therapy and it may not be autism, so thats why it needs to be done.

yeah my son has been in speech/occupational therapy for about a year now..i got his official diagnosis in january of autism

Could you talk it over with your childs pedi? maybe they can help.

Wouldn't the pedi do that?
or offer some wording?

the pedi sent me to the psychiatrist, and now the psychaitrist is only in the office once a month...

this is perfect.

Push them.. threaten to sue.. do whatever you can to get them to pay attention. A lot of schools are so eh..blah..dont care about this kind of stuff. I know from experience. Im lucky the school disrtict I live in is very involved in their IEP program.

They have 60 days to respond, and best believe I'll be counting those days

like i said, i would check into an early interventionist, she was wonderful for my son and we got in right away.
