I'm really bummed out right now

i have $600 i can spend on the baby and i wanted to by a crib set and a dresser , but i can't find anything that i like and if i do like it it's just too expensive and it's really getting me down...

You can actually place the order on-line and then have it shipped to the store... so you save on the shiping fees.

I noticed that screen name, do you get the AAFEs catalogue? They have a lot of crib and dresser sets in your price range. or log onto the website www.aafes.com

I found a very nice crib on ebay for 14$ it was nice, I didnt win the bid, but we are still looking.

We are currently looking for a nice bunk bed for our son, with a slide because he finally outgrew his toddler bed..and dang they are expensive too. The ones he wants are well over a thousand dollars. lol.

Ikea is so cheap, and it's great! Aside from the shipping...but if you have one in your town then you can just go pick it up.

Check Amazon.com and Craigslist.com

Amazon has a GREAT selection of all different price ranges.
Craigslist is mostly 2nd hand so quite cheap but, the stuff is usually in very good condition, quite often still brand new. Good Luck!

Yeah try craigslist!! I got a baby bed that was almost new for $15.00...no joke someone was cleaning out a house that had been rented out and they just wanted to get rid of it!! I had almost bought the same bed a week before for $200.00...so I got a heck of a deal!!!

try k-mart or target...we got a 4-1 crib that is beautiful for $100.00 from Target! It was on sale...good luck!

You should check Overstock.com too they usually have great deals and the shipping is usually $1.

i read in one of my baby magazines lately to definitly look at ikea for baby furniture! apparently they have great prices! i should go check on that myself
