Well he cannot just verbally tell you to move out, he must put in writing, then he or the new owners would have to legally evict you, which at least takes 30 days, I wouldn't rush, there is nothing he can do. If he does file evitiction, don't freak out, go to court, should be a JP court, and tell him you never got written notice, and it is HIS burden of proof to show he properly notified you, either by certified mail or placing notice on your door, and he would have to PROOVE it. I would talke your time and find a nice place.Neither he nor the new owners can just kick you out without 30 days.
