so every time i go to a prenatal appointment my due date always changes... so i thought I was 17 weeks and due on the 17th but the they said 18th, well thats no biggie.. but now im 18 weeks and 1 day so they say..and dont know which date im due lol,, its not a big problem but still... im further along than I thought (by a week) which is exciting ..

Are you further along or is baby just measuring a week ahead?

no clue, they didnt say .. that was just something i said. my last period was on the 13th of april though and that should put me at 17 weeks and some change if im calculating right.. but doc says otherwise .

Maybe baby is just measuring bigger, I'd ask the OB at your next appointment. My daughter has been measuring 1 week bigger at almost all of her U/S but my EDD has not changed.

well my last period was april 19th and have had three U/S and all measure perfect for 17 weeks, found out its a girl yesterday   so maybe you are 18 weeks

Well my last period was April 10 and I was told that im due Jan.15,2013 ... but it can be before that date of after

I never look at due dates as concrete dates more of round about time the baby will come. My first was 2 weeks early and my last was 1 day late. I am due Jan. 16 and am expecting the baby anytime from the beginning of January to the 3rd week of January. The doctors can tell a lot by ultrasound but that doesn't mean that the baby will follow a typical pattern. Also, measuring the outside of the stomach isn't always accurate either. There are times when that is off. My last child was measuring 7lbs from tape on my stomach but then the next day when he decided to grace us with his presence he was really 9lbs 6oz. So although doctors are helpful not everything will be accurate. We just have to be flexible.  

They're measuring me a week ahead too, but a friend of mine is like 35 weeks along and she measured ahead until 32 weeks, than she was where she was in the beginning.

i know what you mean.. at first i was told the 7th then the 4th now its finally stayed the 1st, now i remember they would change the date after they did an ultrasound so that's probably what happen in your case as well after the measurment they changed the date
