my son was born at 25 weeks. no major issues other than being on the vent for an extended period of time. He has a small heart murmur but it doesn't require surgery. He spent 80 days in the NICU and had 2 transfusions but he really stayed so long b/c of his breathing--once he was off the canula he was home within the week.
