I have a problem...*update*

I keep doing this thing where I tell myself I'll start my diet again...tomorrow lol. Me and my husband keep joking about it. I've been doing this for like 2 weeks. I just can't help it. i keep getting hungry   lol

yea. i keep getting mad at myslef by the end of the night. The next day I do good for about half the day...then i get cravings and eat whatever I want then feel bad again and say i'll start my diet tomorrow. Its a vicious cycle.

I just looked at your pics and you in no way look like you need a diet!!

lol thanks. I want to lose 20 more pounds or at least ton up a lot.

It totally is a vicious cycle... like I was doing really good for awhile, and then BAM, I eat something i shouldn't have, and then I get into this "oh well, i already spoiled it" attitude.. and then the next day, I feel crappy because I spoiled it.. so I spoil it some more.. BLAH! I had a food diary & everything going for like almost 2mo.. and yeah, I suck.. =( Shoot me now!

me too. My husband made a meal plan and kept track of what I ate and my weight for a while...and now i just eat anything.

Yeah my hubby worked out with me for awhile.. but then I get unmotivated (if that's a word?? lol) and it's like, he gives up on me too!! I'm a size 14, and I was a 10/12 before I got preggo.. AHHHH! I wish there was like a magic pill or something.. LoL

yea me too. I was a 10 pre- pregnancy and am now but i look bothing like i did before. I used to hate my old body and now I want nothing more then to have it back.

lol i say that everyday.
i was doing sooo good before i started working again.. sitting in an office all day is so baddd for my diet.. i get bored and eat everything i can find!
but serisouly. im starting my diet tomarrow. haha.

You just described EXACTLY me.

I do so good for the majority of the day but then at night, I start to crave everything and I ruin it. Then I tell myself that I'll do better the next day.

I'm trying a new thing. A few nights ago, I was laying in bed after eating a ton of pizza for dinner. I was feeling SO guilty, so I decided that I needed to remember that guilt before I ate everything. So before I eat anything, I've been asking myself, "Are you going to feel guilty after eating this? Do you want to feel that super guilty feeling for a few minutes of pleasure?" It seems kind of stupid, but it's really helping me!

ahhh yes... the diet starts tomorrow thing..... its very very common, my mum says it every day!, and in fact, i bought her a mug that has those exact words on it! and it has a space at the bottom for a big biscuit haha

im the same too tho,... iv just eaten a pizza too haha

When I was enough postpartum to feel like I could safely cut calories without injuring my milk supply, I started drinking an old fashioned Slim Fast here and there. I love chocolate milk and I found that the high fiber content of those drinks really did fill me up for three or four hours, then, when I did eat I didn't crave chocolate as bad. I did buy the old fashioned sugar kind though, not the one with the fake sugar, I try to avoid Aspertame.
If you think you think you can't convince yourself a drink is a meal even at breakfast time, try a high fiber cereal. Fiber not only keeps everything moving but takes up space in your belly so you don't feel hungry as often. I'm into Post LiveActive nut crunch as a night time alternative to Ice cream these days.
When you're working and you have that lunch break, if you did drink a Slim Fast instead of sitting for a long meal, you could use your 30 minutes to a n hour to walk or stretch too. Good Luck!

When I did diet I would have a slimfast every morning. It did fill me up but lately its night time when I get really hungry or throughout the day I just crave junk food. I'm not sure why becuase usually i like healhty food more.

Sounds like me with going to the gym.   I make myself mad!! Also with my diet too. I just can't turn down food!!
