Why now?!

DH got suspended from work for two weeks without pay.   I am due in two weeks to have our second child. We spent all of his last pay check on the rest of the items we needed for the arrival of baby plus diapers for DS. So we have about $5 to our name to last us until the end of the month. Luckily on Friday he'll be getting a small check from last week that will most likely only cover gas to get to/from the hospital and doctors appointments.

On the bright side... if I go into labor within these two weeks he wont need to take time off of work and I wont go into labor early. Plus his dad will allow him to work for his business when/if he has any work.

(big hugs) We're not in the same boat but in the same issues. My SO lost his job and now we only have one pay check.

I hope we can make his check stretch.. Gahhh these passed two days blow. This stress on top of being depressed is really getting to me plus I have a cold.

Wow, 2 week suspension for $10 shortage? That seems excessive!
