Every person is different.

While most people would generally take well to vaccinations, there will be that one person one day whose genetic make-up is mutated by the virus, and things will happen like in "I Am Legend."

Not always cancer cells mutate from normal cells....without vaccinations.

I thought cancer cells were cells that didn't know how to stop growing and didn't listen to the bodies commands.

Aren't they immature cells that aren't specialized yet so they spread through the body and grow at abnormally faster rate?

So are they mutations or just defective cells?

I go by cancer genomics...which believes in genes and mutations. Cancer cells do metastasize that is how they spread. But they turn normal healthy cells into bad cells by mutating the DNA.
