burping

When do they start to burp on their own ?   Stupid question but give me answers anyway  

depend on the kid, i think around 3months i stoped doing the sit up pound the back number with my daughter...depends i guess.

I'm not sure when they usually do but I know Aidan burps as soon as I sit him up straight and then back to feeding! I normally dont have to do anything... He'll be 2 months Sunday...

I think most parents stop burping their babies between 4-6 months. It depends on the baby really. If you try to stop and your baby starts spitting up more or becoming fussy/gassy it means that he or she is probably not ready to burp on his/her own.

She burps on her own but I still like helping her burp, I don't know why but It helps me feel safe. Thanks, mommas ! Big help <3

yep, and they stink soooo bad!! lol, i hate when he looks right up at me and burps in my face... nauseating...

haha smart if he's pissed at mommy, lol!! he takes enfamil a.r. lipil, the ready made stuff... yeah, its smelly stuff even withour being in a tummy...
