So i know this 17 year old dating and having sex with this 15 year old. Can he get in trouble if someone where to call on him about it?

Most states you have to be the years apart before you can call.

Nope. Atleast not here.Their both minors and their in the legal age. which here it's four years apart.

Depends on the age on consent in the area. Thats a bull smurf move though to try to get the 17 year old in trouble though.

I know that 17 is a legal adult in TX. (I'm in TX not Cali LOL) I just dunno if he can get in trouble.
