How would I go about that?
I was diagnosed with these at 14 and I haven't been evaluated in a long time.
I have panic attacks when I leave my house, and it's really making it hard for me to work lately.

Yes...How long have you been seeing a doctor for these illnesses?
It needs to be well documented. My Mom has epilepsy, bipolar depression, and some anxiety problems. Personally, I think my Mom is schizophrenic. She got disability for her bipolar depression not epilepsy. She started seeing a doctor for psychiatric problems in the early 2000s. She started having seizures in May 2006 and applied for disability in late 2006. She won her case in 2007...

I saw a Doctor from 2008 until 2011.
I haven't been since then.

You can do some of it online. You should really get a lawyer. When I went in the judge pretty much told me that I should go get one. They only go back just so far from the date you apply so get your application in ASAP. My recorded history goes back to the time I was 15 but you don't get paid back that far.

Well, right now.. I don't have Money for anything that's why I'm even considering this option.
