Harry's house is owned outright but we'd have to re-zone it (Because its on farm land) so apparently that's going to cost an arm and a leg and since he paid it off he doesn't see the money he'd get as profit because he put it into the morgage himself. If that makes sense.

It's profit to me though, because IDGAF about money we spent 3 years ago, I'd rather it come back then sit in an empty house.
