if you have a sidekick ... !

i'm having an issue that t-mobile obviously can't fix.

i have an LX, & it shows your connectivity level in the top right corner. mine has been on phone only ALL day! i called t-mobile to try to fix the problem, but it didn't work. it's pissing me the hell off! rob has the same phone, and his is working fine.  

has anyone else has this problem? if so, what did you do to fix it?

this will be one of many problem's you go through . did you try turning your phone off and back on again ?

did you buy it directly from t-mobile?

yep. and i tried refreshing my service, and going from airplane mode to regular mode.

none of it worked!

sometimes sidekicks can take up to 3 days to work right =/

it's been more than three days.

mine does that too..
It usually goes away and works fine after a while...or sometimes I turn off the phone, and take the battery and wait a few seconds to put it back in.

I asked bc I had connectivity problems w/ my old Sidekick but since I had bought it off of the internet, it ended up being a huge hassle for t-mobile to help me out!

the closest store is 45 minutes away! plus, i don't have the car.

Can you make/receive calls?
& can you get on the internet or send/receive texts..etc. etc.?

Have you tried the hard reset?

i can make/recieve calls & i can text. but no aim, pic messaging, or internet.
