Both of my bestfriends have had blackberry's, they love the phone and have not really had any probelms with them whatso ever.

it was a problem with my service connection in the house, not the actual phone. it's fixed =).

i love it, lol. rob had a blackberry before we got tmobile & i hated it. he had problems with it before he moved to florida, too.
