HELP!!!

My 4 1/2 month old has been crying all day. I don't know why. I don't know what to do. He's not running fever. I don't know if he's in pain or not. He doesn't usually cry like this. Any advice is much appreciated.

Just make sure he is fed, changed and not sick.. He may be trying to cut teeth, try some teething tablets. Are you sure not colic? Has he been burping? Pooping? Once you eliminate all those things, and still haven't found cause, not much you can do. Maybe his tummy hurts, put him on your lap on his tummy across your legs, sometimes that helps tummy ache.

First off, let me start out by saying babies have good and bad days just like us. With that being said, maybe this is one of his. He could possibly be more tired then you thought. Maybe he's gassy, try giving him gas drops. OR maybe he's just bored, try taking him for a walk outside (weather permitting of course). My little guy used to cry all the time until he started crawling and it was because he was bored.

He's crying in his sleep. He's not gassy bc he has a feeding device in his tummy(g-button) and I have a burp tube that lets the gas out. He hasn't pooped today. He maybe constipated bc he's on 27 kal formula. Should I give him a lil bit of water, maybe? The tummy on my lap thing just pisses him off even more.

Check his toes and fingers for a strand of hair that might be cutting off circulation and/or causing pain.

This happened to my sona few weeks ago and it hurtenough for him to whimper in his sleep.

No hair...but he's finally quiet. I put on some baby music loud enough where he could hear it (he has hearing problems). It seems to be working finally or maybe he just wore himself out. Does anyone know what pink eye looks like? Cuz I don't and his eye looks kind of gross.

i would google pink eye, that way you can see photos of it.

With pink eye, the eye is going to be red (or pink in color) and goopy. Pink eye doesnt cause pain, (as far as I know) and I know when I had it it never really itched. If you think its pink eye try not to let him touch it...and keep everything clean! It spreads like wildfire.
