Right now I'm leaning towards insects since most insect shots are taken in macro anyway. And I'll probably change clouds to sky.

I may close voting a little early if possible. A week does seem kind of long to have each round open for.

I think clouds/sky is kind of...boring? You wouldn't be able to get much variation, you know? Most of the votes were for insects, though, so it's ok.

I'm kind of torn between the two. lol

Both the flower and insect rounds could be done in macro.. and I want a little variation between rounds. But you do have a point about clouds/sky being kinda blah. I'm still open to any other suggestions. I could still replace clouds with something else if I decide to replace insects with macro.

The only thing about insects for me is that it is already starting to cool down around here..so I don't think there are going to be many insects out by the time that round gets here.

Otherwise I think insects would be amazing!

I hear ya. You could always use old photos if you have any or take some now if you can. I still don't know what I'll do yet, but chances are I'll be replacing the insects with macro that way people could still use insect shots if they wanted as their macro entry.
