Just make sure the school staff understand this.

Does she or will she have an IEP set up?

DD had an IEP in pre-k and will continue to have one in Kindergarten... it is for speech along with SID and social issues.

I cannot relate completely, but when you meet with her teacher maybe just let her know your concerns. I've had nothing but good experiences with my school district. I hope you have a good experience, too!

The moms had no control over the boys. They said quit throwing toys so the boy stood up and threw a toy while watching her so she looked down at her phone and pretended not to notice. It was sooo smurfing stupid. So i got into the wading pool in my clothes and confronted the little smurfs and told them to stop. im sure the moms noticed but were too busy playing on their phones and talking to each other.

I'm glad that you have found a way to help your son. Faith is on meds for adhd and ive seen the kind of difference it can make. Its amazing the kind of awesome kid you can have when their disabilities arent in the way as much!

Yeah she does. She's already in the school system because the prek she goes to is run by the county. We have a great team im just so afraid that she will get looked over in school even tho i know thats likely not the case.

They shouldn't take their kids places to have fun if they can't behave. I would have snatched mine out of the pool and took them home.

The tested the ADHD meds on DS since ADHD and Bipolar disorder look similar in kids. I had a manic child on crack he had to much energy , he did clen his room and the living room in like 10 minutes though.

We did end up going home. Faith had a complete meltdown leaving. She thought she was in trouble.

They tried stimulant but she got really aggressive. So now shes on a non stimulant and its working great for us.

I didn't mean your child I meant if my kids were doing that to another child. Your daughter had every right to play and have fun without being harassed by others.

Have you done her IEP yet? If not you could ask for her to have an adult be her 'helper' so she wouldn't have to be alone. I'm not sure what the requirements are for that, but I do know it's available to some.
